Keeping Up With the Local News ...

... Easier said than done! Especially when there are more than a thousand groups of Rhode Islanders planning activities and working to make Rhode Island a great place to live.
 
    This website collects primarily Rhode Island feeds, although a few general environmental feeds are included (mainly for nonprofits that have chapters in RI, and some feeds that are especially critical for Rhode Island's environment, such as Climatide from WGBH and Safe Lawns). Lots of people know about and follow Tree Hugger and other very popular sites. It's harder to find local information, so that's the focus of Rhode Island Feeds.
 
    Many of the feeds are environment-related, but some environmental information shows up in general news sources. You can see all the Feed Sources as well as see the news by Categories. Any feed that contains substantial information about Rhode Island and especially its environment can be listed. If yours is missing, send us the link!
